Summary
On today's show, Michelle and I were joined by Micelle's good friend Denise Armstrong as a sit in guest co-host. We discussed why it is often the right move to take the longer route to a goal than the faster and usually far more difficult path. We correlated this to not only your weight loss journey, but also to your personal development journey. Next, we touched on overcoming body dysmorphia as Denise shared some of her personal experience. Lastly, we hit on the power of coaching and mentoring.

| 1:25.2 | It's going to take you a little longer. |
| 1:26.4 | And really, I think for the most part, taking the longer route is probably going to be the most sustainable option and the most realistic option, not even just in health and fitness and weight loss and muscle gain, but also within personal development journey. |
