On today's show, I was joined by my client and friend, Jennifer Orme. We discussed Jennifer's transformation over our last six months of working together. We also looked back at the 50 pounds she has lost in the past couple of years. I wanted you all to hear from an every day person and how they've been able to execute their goals and put themselves as a priority, despite having a busy life. You know, I like doing this occasionally.

Jen actually informed me that she believes she's only the third client that's ever came on the podcast.

Like Jen's been my client since January.

I met her an event in Scott Seller's own last year with Jody Moore called Macros a Mindset.

We developed some rapport.

She began working with me in January.

And it's been amazing to watch her progress, right? I mean,

she is somebody who has been so teachable, so adaptable. You know, she was a big workout person,

but more the cardio bunny. And for her to be teachable and adaptable to actually do strength training,

we're talking front squats, back squats, deadlifts, hitting PRs, you know, that more hypertrophy movements as well,

the isolation movements.

And her to geek out on this has been really cool and to watch her body transform.

So total, she's down about 50 pounds with me and her together.

It's been about 26, but I can tell you.

I know for a fact that's more like probably 30 pounds of

foul loss and four pounds of muscle gain because she had these beautiful newbie gains
