Michelle and I recapped my weekend speaking engagement for a fellow coach's mastermind on today's show. During that speech, I talked to them about being authentic and true to themselves in their content and their business. We got to thinking that this really applies to you in your health and fitness journey. We discussed learning to say no to things that are taking you further away from your goals and saying yes to things that get you closer to your goal.
