While I know you all love when Michelle is on, and rightfully so, Logan did a great job sitting in for her as we discussed various topics. First, we touched on supplements and which ones are worth it and not worth your money. We also discussed gratitude and spirituality and their profound impact on your physical health. Lastly, we touched on affirmations, and we both used to think they were "woo-woo" yet have been a huge leverage point for positive change in our lives.
