is a transformation journey, right? Transformation process. And I really liked that. We talked about

what being a real man is. That's not what you think. Oddly enough, being a real man is also

about being in touch with your feminine energy.

He, um, you spoke a lot about how fitness has been, he becomes such a spiritual experience for him.
