Summary

On today’s episode, I covered the topic of reverse dieting. This is not the first time I have covered this subject. However, this time I went into detail about what exactly happens when we diet, the science behind it, why reverse dieting is so important and the benefits. As well as how to actually execute the reverse diet. This is still a very misunderstood part of dieting to the general public so I felt covering in more detail was paramount. Enjoy!
