In today’s episode, Michelle and I discussed setting new goals after either a fat loss phase or a body recomposition phase. Often people get to a place after achieving their goals of not really knowing what to focus on moving forward. This leaves many individuals in a weird space with a lot of ambiguous room that can often lead to people sliding backward in their health and fitness goals. That was the aim of this whole podcast to give you specific goals you can work towards after you are done with your initial said goals. We hope you enjoy it!
