On today's episode, me and Michelle briefly talked about my car almost getting stolen by a 10-year-old,

but the bulk of the episode, the vast majority of the episode was spent on the idea of not using I'm too busy as an excuse to not achieve your health and fitness goals and really just any goals you have in your life.

We hear this thrown around a lot about I'm too busy to do this and that.

And it's an interesting kind of double-sided coin on one part.

So was Michelle about like, no, you make time for the things that are important to you.

Like where are you wasting some time during your day that we could carve in more time for you to be successful in this area?

Quit using I'm too busy as an excuse.

On the other side of that coin, I have a lot of compassion, empathy that some people's life legitimately for short stretches is absolutely nuts.

And maybe losing fat or hitting big health and fitness goals at that time isn't the most

relevant. But the all or nothing thinking, well, then I'm going to do nothing is not okay.

Like, do something for your health. Your body will thank you for it. It doesn't have to mean

trying to aggressively lose fat. I get that life's busy. I have a lot of compassion for that.

But if you have goals and you keep talking about you want to hit them, you have to re-prioritize

what's important to you. So we kind of went on a heated tangent about that. But then Michelle

actually followed it up with some good tactics and solutions.

If you're that person out there that you feel like, hey, I'm too busy, we gave you some very

tactical things to start implementing to hopefully free up some time so you don't feel that

weight.
