John Madsen is a ex-pro NFL player who, you know, he was very well known here in Salt Lake City, Utah, because he went to the University of Utah and ended up,

like I said, winning a festival and playing in the NFL. And, you know, he was pretty synonymous with

if you wanted to be with the best trainer in Utah, that's who you went with. And he since has moved to

Scottsdale, Arizona and built the wildly successful business, but it wasn't always

liked that for him. And man, just such a good conversation on evolving as a human being

through your fitness journey. We talked very little about nutrition or fitness tactics.

In fact, none at all. We talked about evolving emotionally,

mentally, spiritually, and how to work smarter, not harder. Like so many of you guys out there listening,

it's not hard work you're struggling with. You work your tail off.

It's how do we scale that back and a few tweaks to actually work smarter and maybe you don't have to work
