I don't know, probably, but it was based off a post that I had.

And so I wanted to give some more context on it that there's no judgment either way,

but we talked about just maybe some of the differences. And what it really is, guys, is the mentality that you're going into your workout session with

is really what I'm talking about when you're going in with the mentality to train.

So, and obviously if you're training for a sport, you're training.

But we're taking that out of it, figuring that's kind of a no-brainer.

So let's talk about just your everyday health and fitness enthusiasts. What does it look like? And how was it different?

Then we did a new segment we launched on you guys called overhyped or underhyped.

And this was something that definitely wasn't original on us. We took it from Gary V.

But it was a fun segment. Michelle created a bunch of random questions,

centered around fitness, nutrition, and just random weird ones.

Threw him at me, had no idea, and I had to answer on the spot, overhyped, underhype,
