Summary

On todays show, Michelle and I discussed those last 5 lbs of fat loss. It can be a test of your patience and takes a new level of commitment and dedication. You usually have to sacrifice a lot more than you did initially. As well as play the game of subtraction rather than addition. It is what you will have to take away from your life. This podcast is aimed to help you become more self aware as you get to that juncture in your weight loss journey. If you decide to go after those last 5lbs, we break down what it might take to get there. We also discussed the idea that maybe it is not worth it for some of you to push for those last few lbs because balance in life is more important.
