Tony Stephan shares his inspirational story of how he overcame adversity and found success. Living outside Detroit Michigan, Tony lost his mother to a drug addiction at a young age. During this battle, his family also lost their house due to a bankruptcy. Tony’s dad, knowing he must be overwhelmed, introduced him to weight training as outlet for his stress and anxiety. This led Tony to become a personal trainer, which led him to eventually pursue his RD and well the rest is history.
