On today’s episode, Michelle and I discuss why the scale will fluctuate. We gave you 10 reasons why you might see fluctuations in the scale as well as how to improve your relationship with the scale. The answer is not to abandon weighing yourself altogether. Reasons for the scale fluctuations might include the following listed below. We went into detail on each one of these areas and tried to give you some education behind each point. As we always say, education drives compliance.
1. You drank a ton of water
2. You strength trained yesterday
3. You at more sodium than normal
4. You ate more carbs that normal
5. You haven't gone to the bathroom in a while
6. You're about to start your period
7. It's the weekend
8. Your weight was down yesterday
9. You're stressed out
10 Lack of sleep!
