Today's subject is, I think think the most comprehensive question than what can ask in spiritual life.

Subject of knowledge and action. What I mean by this is that in spiritual life there are these two aspects. One is God realization, enlightenment,

whatever you call it. That's one side of it. And the other side of it is our lives.

Quite apart from our spiritual life, we seem to have another secular life, should I say.

People have careers and families, personal

lives, all of that. So the question is, how do I realize God? How do I become enlightened?

And having become enlightened or during the pursuit of enlightenment how do I live my life

the so-called rest of my life so there seems to be this division between a spiritual life

and a secular life which is what I call knowledge and action. And what is the relationship between them?

At the beginning of the third chapter, Arjuna asks Krishna,
