of your agency and safety issues and all this other stuff it's important for you to educate.

Let me elaborate a little bit.

We see a lot of Kaysl that comes out where police officers clearly have no familiarity with case law.

If you did, you would take that into account when you were doing the job that you were doing. You had the incident you were doing or the call you were doing the job that you were doing at the instant you were doing or the call you were doing you would know exactly what you should have done to be in compliance with existing case law.

Now if everybody, if there's people in this group that think that case was

downplayed, you must understand you must follow what it says in case law. If you

move away or stray away from what the courts have set as far as guidelines, well, you're going to have a problem.

A group of our group member of ours reached out, wanted to run

something past me. They have a case that is that had moved forward towards

suppression at a very very high level. It may even be seeing a Supreme Court of the United States level. It's cut. It's not far off from that place there yet.

And a good conversation, there's no blame placed on anybody, but I'm trying to emphasize, one of the first questions I had was here in this state, have you been to my training yet?

How long have you known about it for? And it was quite a few years. I'm not telling you to come to my training yet, how long have you known about it for and it was quite a few years.
