All right, it is difficult to be in this office on this 82 degree sunny, dry, non-heumid day here in New Jersey.

But I am here because we have mission and, uh...

It's got to work, man. What are you going to do? with Mission and uh... just got work man what you gonna do can't take off but anyway I know that we did a video recently or a couple videos regarding

using Miranda Roadside to um to put the icing on the cake to button up your case really good,

to further empower your case, make it look real good, you know whole that whole thing so there's just a few

things you need to know if you're going to use Miranda I know a lot of you haven't

employed Miranda ever and if you're thinking about using it I've been

implored you and encourage you to you know make sure your your agency is okay with it but certainly a good idea to use it.

Just a few things I want to give you guys as tips if you are going to employ.

The rules you have to follow with Miranda. Remember when you read Miranda and somebody says they

want a lawyer all questioning must cease. You can't begin to pry people or play

psychological games or subtle poise to try to get them to speak or you know invoke or non-invoke their right or

take their rights away so you got to be very very careful with that you can't be

driving in the car and saying things like well you know you're looking at five years if you don't want to talk, but we can do something. We can't do things like that, right?

If they decide they don't want to speak when you've advised them of Miranda and you're posing questions designed to elicit an incriminating statement in the custody situation.

You got to respect it. However, if the person asserts their right to counsel and says,

I am not going to speak with you without the presence of an attorney,
