So Kenny and I just want to talk about some stuff related to some of the work that I've been doing.

Before I do that, I want to give a little intro about myself and how I got here, just for those of you who may be listening for the first time

Just because Kenny's on here. So maybe you don't know me, but you're listening because I got the man

on podcast with me. So real quick, I am a retired psychotherapist.

I was in the field for over 15 years, worked in child protection, child behavioral health services, out in the field, out and about all that good stuff became a psychotherapist. I worked in a jail. I also got my dual license, so I'm

licensed in mental health and also in substance abuse. Worked in some

substance abuse agencies, like I said, worked in the jail.

I really, really enjoyed fast peace, quick moving, high risk work.

It really kept me moving and I loved it. However, what I started to notice was that my

level of burnout increased with the level of intensity of work that I was doing. It tires you out so that's cool but I did experience burnout and I decided to make a change in my career moving from psychotherapy to now stress and

burnout coaching specifically for first responders. I have many first responders in my

family. I am a law enforcement wife. But I do have other first responders in my

family, other law enforcement and fire. So I decided it's time to give back to those who give to everybody else, take care of everybody else.
