So last week we started into this series called Eyes Up and it's just two weeks

last week and this week and the hope of it was to really be able to speak life

and encouragement into people going through storms in life and we're not

talking about little storms that can be managed by a call and a friend or or

dialing up a number we're talking about the kind of storms that when you're in

them you know if God doesn't come through then nobody's coming through and and

those storms are real and they're real in this house and so these messages

didn't come from like a year's planning session where we said we should

spend some time in this passage and spend some time around this idea these

messages came from conversations with real people who are sitting in this room

who are in the thick of it in life and I know that that's true of a lot of us

because last week at the end of our gathering we had a special time where the

people of our house could be prayed for by our team and all through the day

last Sunday we prayed for hundreds of people at Passion City Church hundreds of

families and single adults and wives and husbands and all kinds of people of

all ages came to be prayed for and some of those stories were shared through our

team this week not names of people not even really necessarily gender of people

just someone asked for prayer for this another family asked for prayer for this

and I'm telling you it's exactly what you would think the people sitting in this

building right now are in huge life rocking storms husband gone wife has a band in

the family a depression anxiety darkness loss of hope I feel isolated I feel

alone I need a miracle for my son facing cancer facing a diagnosis we we don't
