I would say, hands down, my number one piece of advice would be find other entrepreneurs

that are willing to talk to you.

And it goes back to that gratitude.

I would say in the last year, I have developed some, I call my founder friends, other beauty brand founders that all launch their

brands within a year or two of mine. Maybe they're a little head, maybe they're a little behind,

but we've created this network of beauty brand founders and we are transparent with each other.

About our highs and lows. We tell each other

what's working and not working. If we find an amazing agency or a designer or a supplier, we'll

share that information with each other. And I think now, of course, with Shopify and of course

Alibaba and the internet, it's so much easier than ever to start a brand with little to know experience.

So it's super, super important that you surround yourself with people, you know, some people that are smarter than you,

but other people that are just generous with their knowledge and their learnings and their mistakes. And so having that

group of founders around me that are willing to support me and vice versa has been invaluable.

I've had some really tough, scary moments that they've helped me through. And I'm so grateful
