I'm John Bessie with a very couple of defense and foreign affairs. This is the King Charles report. It'll be abbreviated today and also to note the the stoutness and the bravery of the king as he goes

through his treatments for an as of yet not determined cancer to my knowledge but it is cancer and those of us who have

been through it understand it drains you and you you do the best you can with the

circumstances there are miracles that

commonplace. So Prince William has been taking the load on his shoulders and

we just have 30 seconds but William is doing a wonderful job of appearing without his wife, without his father able to travel around, and it's an early test of what kind of king he'll be someday.

Yes, I think he's doing extremely well.

I think we have to bear in mind that the king may well live and reign for another 10 or 20 years.

There's no evidence that his illness is going to be permanently debilitating.

He is optimistic. I think we should be. And I think a very happy sign is that the new banknotes

in Britain are all coming out with the new

King Charles portrait in June and that's very encouraging. So I think that we're going to

see King Charles around a lot longer which which is necessary because William, who is doing

an incredible job, needs more time to gain the gravitas which Charles brought to the Crown from day one. He has been thinking

about this for a long time. He has created new strength and dynamism in the Crown

which is important not just to Britain but to the
