Gregory, the first horseman population, how so?

What does it mean?

Well, I think first we're going to say that the four horsemen

of the apocalypse are always with us but these are the if you like

almost the mundane day-to-day results of our own actions but then the the

fore horsemen of the future population

urbanization, mass movement and economics are above that.

They're a much broader and longer term strategic set of

horsemen or strategic trends.

The population, as I say, the horsemen of the population

drives the other three.

Global national population levels of course have always

fluctuated but they're now at a watershed and

and they're preparing to fall precipitously after the past 75 years of unprecedented growth.

So all core national populations in major states, with the exception of the Indian subcontinent

and Africa, are already in decline and the numbers are only being sustained or

raised by inward immigration. Now we're going to see the passing of the baby boom

generation and that's going to cause a precipitous drop in population levels, particularly in countries like China,

which is already happening in Western Europe and North America,
