Tonight we are continuing with King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.

At first, let's unwind from the day.

Take a long stretch and feel your body soften.

Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly. Imagine the day dissolving behind you. There is nothing left to do now, but rest.

The Romans arrived and demanded Arthur surrender his tribute to Emperor Lucius of Rome.

Taking time to form his response, Arthur's knights and noblemen pledged legions of soldiers

to fight at his disposal to combat the Emperor. Arthur claimed birthright to the leadership

of Rome and sent the messengers back, warning that if Lucius did not pay tribute

to him, he would come for him. And Arthur did. They sailed from Samwich across the coast,

conquering every town and village they came upon. At Tuscany they took siege of a walled city,

and while off in search of cattle, Sir Garwain fell into battle with a Tuscan knight named Prianius.

They were equally matched, and in return for his healing bams, Garwain agreed to take Prianius

to Arthur in order to be baptized, as was his wish, and he was made a new knight of the roundtable.

After many more battles, King Arthur and his army reached Viterbo, where a message was sent
