Tonight we are continuing with King Arthur and the

nights of the round table. But before that, let's relax for a moment. Get comfortable where

you are and take a deep breath.

Stay very still and continue to breathe deeply while you think about every part of your

body. From the tips of your toes to the top of your head.

Beginning with your toes and working your way slowly up, make sure every part of your body is fully relaxed.

King Arthur declared that he had loved Gwynnevere, daughter of King Lear de Grants,

since they first met at the battle with King Rylans.

Merlin did not warn him off, despite the sorrow he saw in their future.

Leo de Grant sent Guinevere to Camelot, along with the round table that had belonged to Arthur's father, King Unwin, and

100 knights. Guinevere took special notice of one in particular, named Sir Lancelot. Arthur celebrated

with a magnificent wedding and coronation.

He completed the fellowship of the round table, including the perilous seat,

reserved for a knight chosen by heaven only.

Sir Gawain was knighted, and a young man named Tor, who was revealed to be the prophesised
