Kimberly Snyder is a nutritionist, holistic wellness expert, best-selling author, and founder of Solluna. After college, Kimberly traveled the world to learn how people eat. She found that the old saying, “You are what you eat” isn’t quite true—rather, you are what you digest. Kimberly took what she learned and wrote the Beauty Detox book series, while also working as a Hollywood nutritionist for clients like Drew Barrymore, Reese Witherspoon, and Channing Tatum. This episode, hear how her journey as a writer and nutritionist took new shape after the unexpected death of her mother, and how this sparked her interest in holistic wellness and entrepreneurship.
