Today I have some very special guests with me.

My daughter, Selby, who is 12, Tilly, who is nine, and their partner in crime, Frankie.

She's also nine. Nine, right, Frankie?

So today we're going to talk about some big topics like work, what they want to be when they

grow up, and whether construction is just for boys, or if girls can do anything that boys can do

and more. Now, I have a feeling I might get roasted a little bit along the way. They might bust my

stones a bit. That's okay. It's all part of the fun. So grab a snack, settle in, and let's hear

what these three future leaders have to say.
