Today, Nick and myself are going to discuss money, work-life balance, the cost of living in today's world.

So to preface this a couple of weeks ago, Nick had texted me and he said,

what's one thing you wish you could fix or overcome in life right now?

And my answer wasn't necessarily about wanting more money for myself, but just how

expensive life has become and how that affects the balance of life. It seems as though people

are working harder than ever just to keep up. And while I don't believe that money buys happiness,

it certainly can solve problems not all

problems but some problems and that's the basis of what we want to dig into

today so when Nick had asked me that question again it wasn't as though I was like

hey I wish I had two million dollars right now I think that it was just more so an affordability of life, the pace of life, and what it takes to survive right now. To me, seems as though it's creating an imbalance with home life, personal life, kids, everything, buying a house for younger kids, what type of job you need, getting out out of student debt it just seems as though it's creating an imbalance in life but then having a longer deeper conversation with nick which he had alluded that his answer was along the same lines i'm finding out that he shortchanged me some and he had a

bit more to dig into and that saying money was a bit of a cop out for him.
