That was uphill because we were surrounded,

I learned later, by New Deal Democrats in

Norbuth, Pennsylvania. Now the New Deal Democrats have grandchildren and

Good evening. Thanks so much for having me on. So for a Democrat to win

Pennsylvania as to your point you start in the east. You have to win Philadelphia, but you have to win it decidedly.

You have to exceed Barack Obama numbers and Joe Biden numbers in that area.

She would have to get at least a million more votes

than Trump does in Philadelphia. Now if you think well that's easy

well not really Trump made inroads in a little bit in 2016, but a lot more in 2020.

And I suspect that those voters are only going to grow.

So you really have to draw out the urban vote in Philadelphia.
