I'm Gianna Jalosi with your Fox True Crime Minute. Go back. She's there. Look again. That's the tip of Philadelphia prosecutor says investigators got in their search for Kata Scott. An area behind an abandoned school had been searched before. But after that second tip, police went back and found the 23-year-olds remains in a shallow grave. 21-year-old Keon King has been arrested and charged in the case.

Prosecutors say King and Scott had cell phone contact and his phone pinged in locations related

to her disappearance.

They say a stolen vehicle found on fire was also used by King and was seen on surveillance video.

King was arrested earlier this year in another case where prosecutors accused him of kidnapping

a woman in front of her house and forcing her into a car where she was assaulted and eventually let go.

Those charges were dropped when the victim and the witness didn't show up to court.

Scott had been reported missing two weeks ago after leaving an overnight shift at an assisted living facility.
