A controversial update in the case of Ellen Greenberg, as the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office has once again ruled her death a suicide.

In 2011, the 27-year-old school teacher was found dead inside her locked apartment.

An autopsy revealed Ellen had sustained 20 stab wounds to her head, neck, back, and heart,

and a knife was found protruding from her chest.

She was also found with 11 bruises on her body in various stages of healing.

Ellen's fiance, Samuel Goldberg, was the one who discovered her body.

Samuel was never named as a suspect nor charged with any crime.

The ruling marks a devastating blow for Ellen's parents, Josh and Sandy Greenberg,

who have challenged the ruling insisting their daughter was murdered.
