But today, what I really want to hone into is as long as you and I've worked together, we've, I feel like kind of developed a great system for the six essential pieces of really growing and mastering your retail business. And we call them the six layers of retail.

I think our team refers to them as the six layers of lasagna.

But I want to know from you today as we

walk through those six layers specific to 2024, what are the most important pieces of each of the

six layers of retail and how can we set up our businesses for success as we go into the new year?

Things are really, really changing and they, in 2024 is a whole new animal.
