We're here this week with Kevin Gianni to talk about among other things the all yogurt

diet.

Kevin is a personal friend with a really cool backstory of touring around with his wife

in an RV for a few years before he had kids.

I mean in some ways he's inspired us to travel and live out of an RV as we've been doing

for the past year.

So if you need an excuse, hopefully this interview with Kevin will give you that little boost

you need to take an adventure and do something rebellious.
