And in February 2016 I put myself on a ketogenic diet to take control of my metabolism.

In just two and a half months I managed to reverse all my markers of type 2 diabetes with diet alone. As of now I'm 80 pounds lighter with no signs of

on a ketogenic diet since April of 2014 and when I started I was very sick with complications
