putting your ideas in action? Well, it's a lot easier here than it is many other places. I don't

know if I could be mayor a lot of other places around the country because here in East Tennessee, we're a conservative area, I think with a pretty strong libertarian streak. So it's easy for me because people agree with what I say and what I do, which is small government, low taxes, low spending, trying to keep government out of our lives.

And people here like that, unfortunately, I know a lot of places around the country, they don't,

but I am here among my own people, and it's wonderful.

All right. So, unfortunately, the federal government, they have decided to dictate to some of your youngest constituents,

what they have to wear, and they're still imposing mandates in schools in your area?

Yes. In September of last year, four families with special needs children took a case under the ADA to federal court requesting that they be granted relief, basically, saying that the Knox County schools, who had twice voted down mass mandates, that they impose a universal mass mandate because of not having one that was infringing upon the ADA rights of their children.

The judge agreed with them and imposed a federal mass mandate on Knox County Schools,
