We have to do a little bit of rewinding and recap what happened late Friday and over the weekend. It was a busy weekend. A lot has happened.

You're right. The U.S. Senate passed that continuing resolution bill just after midnight. And they

avoided the government shutdown, deferred budget negotiations until Trump is president. The bill funds

what they call basic government operations.

That's debatable.

Everything.

Yeah, but it also includes $100 billion in hurricane disaster aid and $10 billion in farmer subsidies.

The Senate approved the resolution with an 85 to 11 vote and then Joe Biden signed it on Saturday.

Did Joe Biden know what he was signing?

Did Joe Biden even know where he was when he signed it? Also up for a, up for debate.
