My name is Casey Daniels. Rob Kendall has the day off and Jim Roberts is in the studio joining me.

We have to talk about this Matt Gates report that was leaked. That's air quote leaked to CBS News.

Gates has filed a lawsuit in federal court to block the release of the report,

saying that he is now a private citizen and not subject to the jurisdiction of the committee.

However, it is out there. It's a 37-page report and it does not look good at all. It was obtained by

CBS News, so they're reporting it. Yeah, I mean, if these

allegations are true, Matt Gates is an absolute total dirtbag and should just slink away to

his home in Florida and never be seen from again. Or if there's enough evidence, it's

to be prosecuted, because this is, the allegations in this report are awful. Claims that he

participated in prostitution, statutory rape, illicit drug use, including having

relations with a then 17-year-old who was paid for it.

They refer to her as Victim A, and Victim A were called receiving $400 in cash from Representative Gates that evening,

which she understood to be payment in exchange for sex at the time she had just completed her
