Goodrich acquired Goettl AC in 2013, established in Phoenix in 1939 by brothers Gust and Sam Goettl. After receiving the company, he expanded it to Las Vegas in 2016. He also started The Sunny Plumber in Phoenix and Tucson, later expanding to Las Vegas and Corona, California.
