All right, here we are standing in between two calendar years.

And I mean that literally because I am recording this on December 31st, and it will post on

January 1st.

So in a way, it exists somewhere in between.

I spent some time last week doing a whole big check-in.

feel that I'm not entirely just speaking out into a void. And, you know, it is challenging time,

so it's nice to feel that I'm not alone in things so thanks to everybody

who cared to listen so this week I'm not going to do a whole end of the year thing or even talk

about the new year in fact we're in between them because today's talk with Keith Parker

was recorded several weeks ago.

And the reason I invited Keith on the show, and it turns out I had met Keith before,

but I didn't know that before I invited him.

You'll hear we talk about it.

But I sent him an invitation because he reached out to me.
