How are you doing whoever you are? Are you finding the

patience needed to get through your day without totally losing it? Here's the situation. You see,

I've been sitting here for the last hour waiting for my neighbor to finish with his gas-powered snowblower.

And don't get me wrong, it's a really cool thing. He didn't just do his driveway. He's doing the sidewalks.

You know, the old guy across the street is doing the snow blowing for the block.

And I'm, I'm appreciative. I appreciate that. However, it's pretty late in the day and I got to get this

intro recorded. And I'm looking out the window and I'm watching him. And I just, he couldn't be

doing it in a more inefficient way.

You know what it makes me think of?

Back when I had this yoga center in Brooklyn, I remember for at least the first year, maybe

the first two years, but at least the first year,

I basically did everything.

So at the end of each day, I dust mopped the floor and, you know, made everything right and did all the bathroom stuff, you know, put the paper towels, all that stuff.

I did it.

And then at some point, a few years in, we started a, what do we used to call it,

work study program. They used to call it the karma yogis, but I never liked that. I always called

it the work study program so people could do stuff around the center in exchange for classes.

So I started a program of people coming in to help with stuff,

and I remember the day I was showing the karma yogi the routine that I did at the end of the day
