Summary

Every runner has a friend who struggles to see the joy of jogging and it soon becomes a challenge to try to convert them. In this episode of RunPod, Jenni’s mission is to convince one of her running friends that there are benefits of running and her ultimate goal is to persuade them to join her out pounding the pavement. The friend in question is TV star and ‘bang tidy, sex god’, Keith Lemon! Along the way Keith describes his first running experience, his reasons to run and he shares tips for a happy, healthy life.
