| 1:16.0 | But here in South Carolina, it's just not that, at least in Myrtle Beach, really not that common. |
| 1:24.7 | In fact, it's been weeks since I last saw a deer near the house. So that was kind of fun. |
| 1:35.1 | Yesterday, I put 28,000 steps on my Fitbit. That translates to about 14 miles. The most amazing thing about that is that not once during the day |
| 1:52.3 | yesterday either before I started while I was moving and after I was done, not once did my feet hurt. |
| 2:05.7 | And secondly, not once did I even think about my feet until today. |
| 2:13.6 | Because we're going to be talking about feet. |
| 2:15.5 | And how important it is, obviously, that your feet remain healthy |
| 2:21.8 | so that you and I can continue doing this daily walk and enjoy what we're doing. |
