I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day.

I'm walking right now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes.

So we had some rain probably a couple hours ago.

It's early in the morning as I'm walking.

The sun is not up. I've got early daylight so I can see what I'm doing.

Don't need a flashlight.

And I can see that some rain moved through the area.

I can also see blue sky.

In fact, quite a bit of blue sky. However, I'm getting rained on

right now. It's very light rain. It wasn't in the forecast when I pulled the app up before I left.

It's like, what's going on here? It's going to be a wet morning.

I was informed that no, no, you're good.

And so I left the house believing that I was fine, that I was not going to get wet.

And such is not the case.

So I want to read an email to you as we walk today.

Oftentimes, I will say in the podcast that you're doing a hard thing.
