Peeley, Yerusi and her husband, Jason, are active real estate syndicators and real estate

investment firm, and they are general partners on over 800 units with 450 units under management.

The firm repositions properties through operational efficiencies,

moderate to extensive renovations, and complete and total rebranding. They are also the hosts of

the Jason and Peely project, a podcast to serve those looking to live a fit and rich and fulfilled life.

Jason and Peely are founders of the New Jersey Multifamily Foundation Club with more than

2,200 members that focuses on real estate syndication and multifamily investing.
