We're living in a connected world that can leave us lonely. This is not really fresh news, right? We're aware of this. This is covered a lot. Connection, connection. But I still think sometimes staying in touch is so

much more simple than we allow it to be. This is a true let it be easy moment and way of staying

connected that I'm going to be sharing with you today. I know that life is

full no matter your stage. If you're a college kid it's very full.

If you're a new parent, it's very full.

If you're taking care of aging parents, if you're maybe having a change of career at a different life stage,

I know that our lives are full. And often we think

it's other people's responsibility to keep in touch with us or we think somehow that maybe

it just magically happens if friends are good enough they stay in touch.

What I want to tell you is this, an area of my life that I have kept consistent that I proud of, and that brings me such joy and satisfaction

and a feeling of being content, is my consistent and real connections with the people in my world, the people who I sincerely love and care
