You know, the holidays are upon us and what we don't want to do, what we're not doing as we live our lives more intentionally, especially with everything that is going on right now, we are not going to dig ourselves into a hole.

We are not going to put ourselves into a hole for the holidays and if you are someone who spends

money whips out your credit card but you are doing it from a place of people pleasing doing it from a

place of i've got to get all the things that i can feel a certain way about how I'm perceived or who I am,
