On today's episode, I'm going to sit down with Katie May and she founded a company named

KidSpot that's fantastic. It's basically a directory helping new moms in Australia and New Zealand,

really a great operator and she goes through the process of talking about selling to a company

called NewsCorp. They acquired the company a few years back and after that, she went on to join

slash start a company called Shipping Easy that then sold once again to stamps.com. So two

their fantastic businesses and Katie has extensive experience in the world of exits. So she goes

through her story, her background, how she started KidSpot and the whole time frame and
