Now a juror into Karen Reed murder trial recently reached out to defense attorney David

Yannetti to clarify to him that the jury did not think that

Karen Reed the defendant in the previous trial that was declared a mistrial that she that the jurors did not think that she knew she hit

Boston police officer John O'Keefe her then boyfriend and that they found her not guilty of two of three indictments, two of three indictments.

Now a new filing in Norfolk Superior Court just this past Monday indicated the jury determined that even if

Karen Reed hit John O'Keefe with her now infamous Lexus SUV that she

did not realize that she hit him. In a prior affidavit, David

Deunetti quoted an unsolicited text message from someone now dubbed juror B who's a juror in the trial that read and I quote here

no one thought she hit him on purpose or even thought she hit him on purpose which which is a little redundant, but that was the quote.

So best guest here.

He is the Brockton bomber, Joseph Krowski, regarded as one of the preeminent trial attorneys in Massachusetts,

aggressive persuasive, but also a very nice guy, started practicing law more than 20 something years ago,

and he's still at it. he's going to have to jump early

because he's doing the court TV so a little before eight
