Talking to myself from Chrissy, around nine years ago early one morning. I was at home with my mom.

My big brother was at school.

My dad was at work.

So it was just her and I.

She had just cooked some lunch for me. I started chowing it down as soon as she put it on the table.

She started to head to her room when the home slash kitchen phone started to ring. I called out to her mom, telephone. She

told me not to answer it. But as soon as she was out of sight I couldn't resist.

The phone kept ringing, and I was curious to see who was calling us.

When I picked up the phone, it was my mom's voice on the other end.

She asked,

Hey, is this Christina?

Confused, I answered,

Yeah, why?

My mom and I had a whole chat, just like we were in the same room.

Here's the first weird part. My real mom was still upstairs, not on the phone with me. And while I was talking to my phone

mom, I could hear my dad's voice also chatting with her but he was at work not at home

I asked my phone mom if that was dad I heard she it was. I even asked if I could talk to him.

My phone mom passed the phone to my phone dad. I was freaked out but curious.

I asked him what he was up to. He said he was making cereal in the kitchen.

The second weird part. I was in the kitchen, on the phone with them. This was getting seriously strange.

I got suspicious that my parents were playing a prank on me.
