No guest today. We're just going to keep it kind of tight and simple. Got some stuff to talk about.

It's, you know, it's June. Things are not not quite as exciting we're going to play a kind of modified

game of hype train or smoke screen uh we're going to talk about some some news some some decent

news that has happened over the last couple of days and uh florio i uh i know you have been away

how was your how was your trip to the east coast man it was fun it was uh it goes by quick. And then I have another trip next week to the East Coast. So that one, I'm sure the flight is not going to be. And then I've won the week after that. I'm very bad at planning trips. And I kind of smushed them all together. But I had a good time. I got to see some family that I haven't got to see in a long time. So that's always good. Or maybe you're good at planning trips because you just like basically kind of have almost sort of one long trip with a, you know, with a chance to come home and change clothes, basically. I don't know. Um, you know, I was going to do this at the end of the show, but I feel like it's a, it's a perfect chance to do this right at the top of the show.

I know that you were taking some heat on social media about some of your running back ranking, specifically the fact that you still believe in Christian McCaffrey.

You've got him, what, number three overall?

You got him ahead of Derek Henry.

And I know the people were not happy about that.

So I'm going to open the floor and give you the chance to explain your reasoning here.

So Christian McCaffrey has never been a bad fantasy player as long as he has lived, right?

Like the last time we saw him healthy for a full season he had the second greatest fantasy season we've ever seen behind only 2006 ladenian

tomlinson shout out to our co-worker um but since then he's been injured but when he plays he's

still going to give you well over 20 points. He's going to give

you more than likely 25, 30 points. Like two years ago, he played three games, but he averaged
