And we are just delighted and honored that you have joined us this week for our Q&A episode.

So let me tell you about our very first question, Samantha. It says,

hi, Gales, I just listened to your episode about nightmares and dreams.

I have so many questions and I'm curious about your thoughts on a few.

Number one, my husband of 20 years talks in his sleep.

And sometimes he speaks other languages in his sleep.

I don't ever recognize the languages and he's not bilingual in the waking state.

Have you ever heard of this?

I often awake carrying emotions after dreaming.

The thing is, I can't find a word or words in our language to describe the emotions I'm left with.

I can only come up with the word deep or something like longing,

but those don't quite seem to fit.

These emotions stay with me for a few days before going away.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on these questions.
