Summary
In a slightly different format from usual I'm handing over the show to my dear friend Jules von Hep. Jules was a guest on the show in 2017 and his outlook was a big hit with listeners, in the main because Jules' default setting is 'happy'. But being this happy is something Jules has worked hard at and in this talk he reveals his journey to contentment and how you can join him.
Jules (@julesvonhep) has recently launched his own tanning range Isle of Paradise which you can follow on instagram at @theisleofparadise and has not one, but two podcasts with Sarah Powell (@thissarahpowell) - Jules and Sarah The Podcast and Wobble.
